We can do this together.

The March for Me Challenge has been a wonderful reminder for many bariatric patients that healthy change is possible, and it is never too late to start or re-start their journey.

So many participants are telling us, that this is just what they needed, and they have finally found their groove again.  Working towards a common goal, surrounded by supporters, is not only rewarding but it’s fun.

The Challenge is:

  1. Get 30 grams of protein, 3 times each day
  2. Work on an exercise goal of your choice
