Unjury Protein Mixing Guide

Note that most plant milks except soy have almost no protein. Mix with water for a thinner taste.
Heat to 140 F, not hotter.

UNJURY® Unflavored

  • Mix 1 scoop into smoothies, soups, sauces, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, applesauce, or Crystal light – particularly the Fruit Punch, Orange and other Citrus flavors
  • Make High-Protein Jell-O***

UNJURY® Chocolate Splendor or Chocolate Classic

UNJURY® Vanilla

  • Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz milk, soy milk, almond milk*
  • Mix 1 scoop in Heated or iced coffee**
  • Mix 1 scoop in chai tea for vanilla chai latte**
  • Add 1 scoop to smoothies, oatmeal, cream of wheat, cottage cheese, or yogurt

UNJURY® Chicken, French Onion, Beef and Herb Soup Flavors

  • Mix 1 scoop into 8oz water or broth heated to 140° F, add veggies (preheat frozen veggies in microwave)
  • Mix 1 scoop into cauliflower mash
  • Mix 1 scoop into low fat sour cream or Greek yogurt to make veggie dip

UNJURY® Strawberry Sorbet

  • Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz cold water
  • Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz sugar-free lemonade
  • Mix 1 scoop into applesauce for a tasty snack
  • Mix 1 scoop into smoothies or yogurt

UNJURY® Root Beer

  • Mix 1 scoop into 8 oz of water then blend with ice
  • Mix 1 scoop into milk, almond milk, or soy milk then pour over ice for a Root Beer Float

Lemon Lime or Cherry Cola

  • Mix 1 scoop into 8 oz of water, pour over ice or shaved ice for a slushie
  • Mix 1 scoop in 8 oz of water, freeze in popsicle molds
