The packets are super convenient, or even take the full container if you have room. It’s a great alternative to a meal—and much healthier than what you’d get at a drive-thru.
  4. Protein Powders – We like to add skim milk to the chocolate or vanilla (for taste AND extra protein).  Whether in milk or water or Crystal Light, make your protein shake the evening before, so they are chilled before packing up.  In a well-iced cooler, they should be fine all day.
