For all UNJURY flavors, do not use in liquids hotter than 130º F. Proteins, when heated, change texture. For example, you have seen an egg white go from a clear gel, to firm white, when cooked. For UNJURY, in a hot liquid, the proteins tend to clump. A food thermometer is a good way to get the temperature nicely warm…just right.

I've used the flavored and unflavored. I've used it with food products and it mixes well as long as you pay attention to the temp of what you are mxing it with."

I am VERY sensitive to any artificial sweeteners - natural or otherwise - they just dont work. I've tried several dozen types of protein with no luck. On an off chance, I tried unflavored in the rare hope that it might work for me - it's amazing! It's "the one" for me! My favorite recipe? 2 Cups of SKIM Milk, 2 scoops of Unjury Unflavored, 1 packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast (use sugar free if you can stand, I can't). I drink this throughout the morning. This gives me an amazing 65g of protein and keeps me full all morning - breakfast and my morning snack! Thank you guys, it's amazing! I am 3 weeks post op and my options are limited so this protein has helped me tremendously. I have enjoyed it mixed in Light Minute Maid lemonade as well as Peach Tea Crystal Light. I also blended in my soup which was good. No after taste or funny texture. I will say that it makes my tea and lemonade a little creamy looking I guess is the best way to describe it. But the taste is just the same and there is no lumps, chunks or graininess. Trying it with pudding tonight! The things that excite you post op...lol
