Bariatric Fusion Fruit Punch Bariatric Calcium Citrate Soft Chew provides 500 mg of bioavailable calcium citrate plus vitamin D3, magnesium, and vitamin K in a great-tasting, soft, chewable form that is easy to take. With just 1 soft chew daily, you can get the nutrients you need to support bone and metabolic function after bariatric surgery.*

Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth. It also supports muscle function, nerve transmission, and blood clotting. Supplementing vitamin D with calcium helps the body absorb enough calcium for health.*
