Grab-and-Go: Mix up your favorite UNJURY drink the night before and leave in the fridge. Grab it on your way out the door for a healthy breakfast.
Eating Out: Have a packet with you when you go out to eat. Order your beverage – milk, cold water, iced coffee – and an extra glass for mixing.
Know your Microwave for Chicken Soup flavor: See how many seconds it takes your microwave to get water up to 130○ F. Then you know the time to get the water just right.
Lunch at Work: Faster than a trip to the lunch counter, and probably more protein. Keep UNJURY handy, and there’s always time for lunch.
Milk Ice Cubes: For richer frosty-cold drink, substitute frozen skim milk ice cubes (from milk ice cubes frozen in your ice cube tray) for some of the milk. For example, use ½ cup of frozen cubes and ½ cup milk in your recipe. Blend in blender until smooth.
Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake until blended. Enjoy! Protein: 28 grams per serving

Follow package directions for dissolving Sugar Free Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water.
After dissolving, set aside to cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a different bowl, measure 1 cup of cold water.
Add two scoops of Unflavored UNJURY to cold water, one scoop at a time, stirring slowing to dissolve.

UNJURY Chicken Soup with Chopped Chicken and Vegetables
Great way to use Leftovers!
Quick and Easy! Takes just 5 minutes to make 1 serving
Ingredients:
¼ cup cold water
1 scoop/packet Chicken Soup flavor UNJURY
One-third cup frozen diced carrots or other vegetables as tolerated (optional)
1 Tablespoon diced onion
¼ cup cooked chopped chicken – may use Fat Free canned chicken breast in water
¼ teaspoon basil or thyme
Dash of nutmeg
½ cup water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Part 1 - Cold Mixture: Place ¼ cup cold water and Chicken Soup flavor UNJURY in a small shaker with tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake to blend; set aside.
Part 2 - Hot Mixture: Put vegetables, chopped chicken, basil or thyme, nutmeg, and ½ cup water in a microwave-safe container. Cover and cook on HIGH power for 2½ - 3 minutes, until hot, and vegetables are cooked to desired doneness.
Part 3 - Combine: Gradually stir 2 Tablespoons (liquid portion) of the hot mixture into UNJURY cold mixture. Continue to stir in another 2-3 Tablespoons of hot mixture. When finished, then add remainder of chicken and vegetables. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper; serve warm. (Finished soup may be pureed until smooth.)
To reheat: Place in microwave-safe container. Cover and heat 1 minute on HIGH, STIRRING EVERY 10 SECONDS UNTIL WARM. DO NOT OVERHEAT OR BOIL (texture can be affected if the protein is heated above 130º F). If you forget to stir every 10 seconds, soup may become grainy, but is still fine to eat and it still provides 29 grams of protein.

"I am 16 days post op from GB and this is my favorite protein powder. I have used it in shakes, cream soups and my favorite is to mix with SF Jello Pudding.
1 one box of SF Instant Jello Pudding (chocolate)
2 cups of Mootopia (or FF Skim milk)
2 to 4 scoops of Unflavored protein powder (I have also used Chocolate Splendor)
Mix it all up and let is setup in the fridge.
I portion out a serving in a bowl and if I want a treat add PB2 powder to my chocolate pudding and it tastes like a Peanut Butter Cup. WOW! Thanks for such a great product!! "

"The Vanilla Unjury is the very best protein shake. I had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy in Dec. 2009. My doctor told me to get only Unjury. I LOVE the vanilla. I can add fruit to it. I even add yogurt to it. I also add sugar free pudding powder for different flavors. The banana cream is especially good. After I lost weight I thought I would try some other brands. Many of them did not agree with me. Yes it's a little more expensive than other brands but when my doctor told me it's more easily absorbed and it does not upset my stomach like some others, it's worth the extra cost. I feel I get what I pay for which is good quality protein."
