Protein’d Cheese Nachos

1. Heat 3 tablespoons of water to 140°F or less. Use food thermometer to be fairly accurate for best results.

2. Add one full level scoop of powder to pre-heated water. Stir until smooth.

3. Pour over tortilla chips. Add other toppings as desired.

4. Enjoy and feel healthy!

Measure ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt.
Stir in 1 scoop or packet Chicken Soup Flavor UNJURY until well combined

1 scoop or 1 packet of Chocolate or Vanilla UNJURY
1 cup (8 ounces) Warm coffee (not above 140 degrees)

Directions:

Prepare coffee.

Allow coffee to cool (140 degrees).

Mix in 1 scoop or 1 packet of UNJURY.

Customer Tip for Mixing Protein into Coffee:

UNJURY® Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

3/4 cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
3 scoops, or packets of Chocolate UNJURY (Classic or Splendor)

Directions:

Measure 3/4 cup Reduced Fat Peanut Butter and add to mixing bowl.

Add 3 scoops of Chocolate UNJURY, 1 scoop at a time, stirring well after each scoop until dough is formed.

Roll dough into 11 balls.

Freeze overnight.

Optional additions: dried fruit (raisins, cranberries or cherries), spices (cinnamon or nutmeg), oatmeal, chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)

1/4 cup Liquid (skim milk, almond milk, or soy milk)
1 scoop or packet Chocolate (Splendor or Classic)
1/4 cup Frozen, Unsweetened Fruit (Examples: 3 small Strawberries or ¼ cup raspberries)
Note: If you use fresh fruit, add ¼ cup ice.

Directions:

Add liquid to blender.

Next add Chocolate Splendor or Chocolate Classic UNJURY, followed by your fruit of choice.

Blend until smooth.

If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more liquid or water.
