At first I was indifferent about getting a cheese sauce. Once I tried it, though, I was hooked. I realize it opens up so many doors for me to eat vegetables (always trying to find that protein accompaniment) especially since I eat very little meat. (Posted on 1/23/12)

Wasn't finished with my first scoop before I logged on and ordered more. I have trouble swallowing (Dysphagia) and am on a liquid and sometimes soft food diet right now. I workout 6 days per week and teach fitness classes- so I needed protein but also some calories without all the carbs. Had the cheese sauce over Fiber Gourmet's high fiber, low net carb pasta. Honest RAVE about the Protein'd Cheese Sauce: I was asked to bring something to our local Bariatric nutrition & support class and thought I'd give the new Cheese Sauce a try- I tried it at home first as soon as it arrived and thought it was pretty tasty. I steamed some veggies and made the sauce for the group and you'd have thought I had some major secret!! Everyone loved it, many people had seconds, and I still get asked about it. This sauce is amazing! I've been using it since my Realize-band had been installed (11/11/11) and its been a life-saver. One of my favorites is a 8oz cup of tomato juice (such as Campbell's) warmed in the microwave for about 40-seconds; plus, 1 scoop of the cheese sauce mixed in. OMG, thick & warm and a comfort. I can't wait until I am able to try it on a potato, veggies, or in a chunkier soup. (Posted on 11/27/11)

Used as an alternative to gravy for potatoes I served my husband and son and did not tell them it was protein. My husband is finicky and he absolutely loved it. I then told him what is was and he was very impressed. I too love it on meat, veggies, dip, etc. this is a great protein alternative to drinking shakes. Definitely will order again and again.
