Ingredients:Â Whey Protein Isolate, Fructose, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Soy Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose.
Contains:Â Milk and soy. See note below.
Allergen Information: Manufacturing employs practices designed to segregate ingredients on equipment that also processes egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, soy, fish and shellfish products.
* For all UNJURY flavors, do not use in liquids hotter than 140º F. Proteins, when heated, change texture. For example, you have seen an egg white go from a clear gel, to firm white, when cooked. For UNJURY, in a hot liquid, the proteins tend to clump. A food thermometer is a good way to get the temperature nicely warm…just right.
**Note: Soy ingredient is Soy Lecithin, not Soy Protein.

"I have been using the Unjury protein products for over 4 years now. I had gastric bypass surgery and have tried every protein powder on the market. I use the recipees recommended on the Unjury web site and they are delicious! I like all of the flavors the Unjury offers but the Vanilla is my favorite by far.
Believe me when I say, "this is the best protein powder out there!" You will not be disappointed!"

"This really is the best protein on the market. I have been using Unjury for the past 3 years and tried several before....none better. It also has the best taste over any other protein products. The vanilla is my favorite. I use it as "creamer" in my ice coffee everyday..it wouldn't be the same without it!"

"I have used Unjury for over 4 years off and on and I keep returning to this product. Vanilia by far is the best flavor and will absorb other flavors and make a great banana smoothie. I would highly recommend this protien for taste as well as one that keeps you feeling full."

"WOW! I've all but given up on finding a vanilla protein powder I like. I like some of the ready-to-drink ones you can buy in stores, but not any of the many many powders I've bought. They all seem to have the same underlying "ugh" taste to them.
I purchased the starter kit from Unjury, because I wanted to see what the chicken soup one would be like (sometimes you get tired of everything being sweet!). And WOW!!!!
Both the Vanilla and the chocolate splendor flavors were outstanding! The vanilla has no after taste of underlying "proteiny" taste to it at all, it tasted just like a delicious vanilla shake, and the chocolate is also very good, and tastes very much like chocolate milk. It's also very good in coffee!!
The chicken is great for a filling up started before a meal, or in any kind of soup.
Can't say I was very impressed with the strawberry sorbet, which I tried making with water.
The Vanilla and Chocolate Splendor I prepared with about a 1/2 cup of Soy Dream vanilla flavored soy milk from Trader Joe's, and a bunch of ice in a blender. It comes out very smooth and drinkable, not thick and gooey like some other brands, and tastes great. The soy milk also adds a few extra grams of protein, so... win /win! :)
Very highly recommended. I'm hooked, and never looking back!!"

"Lap-Band Gal 4/11 Delicious, very satisfying, versatile, convenient, you can actually crave it. I change it around many ways. I add Int'l Delight sugar-free creamer flavors to mine. There is enought flavors to never be bored. I also add fruit, fat free fruit yogurts. I like the pudding flavor idea. A couple of muscle guys said they add sugarfree jello!!! Why not!
This is my never skip a meal answer. Out for the day, I bring two. To the beach, I freeze and bring. It's good and it keeps you on track and satisfied. What more do you want."

"I like the vanilla with 8 oz of skim milk, a couple ice cubes, and coffee extract. It tastes like a frappé. I love to experiment with different favors, maybe next time I will add coffee and caramel extract. At 21 grams of protein and not all the added sugar you can't go wrong!"

"I had gastric bypass and tried several protein supplements but they all had that "taste". I was really struggling and my doctor recommended Unjury. I was willing to try anything and I was so happy. The vanilla is my favorite mixed with ice and orange juice. It's like a creamsicle. It is also good with ice and any flavor of V8 spash. It is like having a treat and it keeps me full for hours."
