UNJURY Recipes
Hi-Protein Jell-O
Use Sugar-Free Jell-O, 4 servings package, with any UNJURY flavor.
Follow package directions for dissolving Sugar Free Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water.
After dissolving, set aside to cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
In a different bowl, measure 1 cup of cold water.
Add two scoops of Unflavored UNJURY to cold water, one scoop at a time, stirring slowing to dissolve.
Stir UNJURY mixed in cold water into dissolved Jell-O.
Chill quickly. The protein will settle somewhat to create a smooth cloud at the bottom. The taste is unchanged.
Protein: 10 grams per ½ cup Jell-O
High Protein Pudding
Use Sugar-Free Jell-O Instant Pudding (Not Cooked) 4 servings package.
Measure 2 cups of cold milk following package directions.
Add two scoops of Unflavored UNJURY to the two cups of cold milk.
Thoroughly mix the UNJURY powder with the milk by shaking or stirring.
Then follow pudding package directions by putting the Jell-O Sugar Free Instant (Not Cooked) Dry Pudding Mix into a bowl. Pour in the previously-mixed UNJURY-plus-milk.
Mix and Chill and Enjoy!

* This diet does not meet adequate vitamins and minerals to meet daily requirements. A multi-vitamin, such as OPURITY™, is recommended daily. If milk intake is limited, Calcium supplementation is recommended.
This is a general recommendation that, of course, cannot consider individual patient needs. It does not, and should not, supersede the recommendation of medical professionals who best know the individual patient needs.

"I am 16 days post op from GB and this is my favorite protein powder. I have used it in shakes, cream soups and my favorite is to mix with SF Jello Pudding.
1 one box of SF Instant Jello Pudding (chocolate)
2 cups of Mootopia (or FF Skim milk)
2 to 4 scoops of Unflavored protein powder (I have also used Chocolate Splendor)
Mix it all up and let is setup in the fridge.
I portion out a serving in a bowl and if I want a treat add PB2 powder to my chocolate pudding and it tastes like a Peanut Butter Cup. WOW! Thanks for such a great product!! "

"I use Unjury post Lap-band surgery. I love the Chicken Soup! Most protein powders tend to be sweet... so its a nice break from the "chocolate milk"! "

"The Vanilla Unjury is the very best protein shake. I had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy in Dec. 2009. My doctor told me to get only Unjury. I LOVE the vanilla. I can add fruit to it. I even add yogurt to it. I also add sugar free pudding powder for different flavors. The banana cream is especially good. After I lost weight I thought I would try some other brands. Many of them did not agree with me. Yes it's a little more expensive than other brands but when my doctor told me it's more easily absorbed and it does not upset my stomach like some others, it's worth the extra cost. I feel I get what I pay for which is good quality protein."

I mixed it with crystal light pink lemonade water packets and that made it taste even better! I love to mix it with ice in the blender I can tolerate it better doing that
I'm on my pre-op diet for gastric bypass and this mix is something I can use now and after the surgery! I'm trying the chicken soup next!! I love unjury! :)"

"The Strawberry and the Chicken Soup were recommended by a friend during the clear liquid phase of my post op diet (I got the Allergan lap band) and this morning exactly 1 week later I'm down 12lbs. I wasn't hungry and the Strawberry Sorbet with mango lemonade(organic juice) OR pineapple juice OR apple juice....EXCELLENT!"
