We all need to get sufficient high quality protein daily to replace what is lost each day from breakdown of cells and other protein loss. There is a recommended amount called Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) for protein and individual amino acids, just as there is for vitamins and minerals.
However, for some health goals and medical conditions, the recommended amount is different from the standard DRI, and we want help you estimate the amount that is right for you.
